menu in CoinPanel’s platform. You may also request us to
change or update any of your personal data held by us in case
it is inaccurate.
(3) Deletion. You may request us to delete your personal data,
subject to applicable law. If you terminate your CoinPanel
personal account, we will mark your account in our database as
"Terminated," but will keep certain account
information, including your deletion request, in our database
for a period of time as described above. If you terminate your
personal account, we will not use your personal data for any
further purposes, nor share it with third parties, except as
necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as
required by law, or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(4) Withdraw consent. To the extent the processing of your
personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your
consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by
unsubscribing from marketing notifications. Your withdrawal
will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your
